TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTS
1. For orders up to $30, you pay the full price upfront.
2. For anything over $60, you pay half up front; the rest after you approve the initial sketch.
3. If you want to sort out a different payment plan, let's talk before I start working.
4. I won’t start working until I’ve got your payment as described above.
5. Sometimes split payments aren’t possible—if that’s the case, I’ll let you know and we’ll agree on another plan before I get started.PROCESS & DELIVERY
6. Fill out this form to submit a commission request.
7. If your commission gets accepted, I will contact you through email and exchange any preferred contact information (i.e. Discord, Bluesky, etc.)
8. Once payment is complete, you'll receive a sketch between a week and a month (depending on workflow). This is your opportunity to let me know of any changes you want made.
9. Once the sketch is approved, you are no longer able to make any major edits on the product. However, I will still send plenty of WIPs during the commission process.
10. Once your commission is finished, I will let you know with the product attached.REVISIONS
11. During the sketching stage, you can request up to three full revisions.
12. After delivery, you can ask for reasonable small tweaks (like changing an eye color or adjusting a tiny detail)—up to 10% of the total time spent on your piece. Beyond that, any extra changes—even minor ones—need to be discussed and agreed on, and there will be an extra charge invoiced separately. Work on these additions starts only after I receive payment for them.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
13. All payments are made in USD.
14. You cover any currency conversion costs, bank or payment provider fees, or anything else involved in sending money to me.
15. Payment is only considered as received and completed only when the total amount I received is equal to the invoice amount in USD.REFUND POLICY
16. If I haven’t made any progress in three months, you can request a full refund. If the job’s bigger and will take longer, we’ll agree on the refund terms in advance. This doesn’t apply to delays for things like illness, accidents, or other proven situations outside my control.
16b. If I have started on your commission and already sent progress images, you will not receive a full refund.
17. You need to reply to my messages quickly. If you don’t, I’ll take your silence as approval on any progress or completed parts of the product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
18. As the artist, I retain full copyright over the artwork. Under copyright law, I have the right to display my artwork for reference or future commission sales.
19. You can use my art for personal reasons only. If you want to use it for business—sell it, reproduce it, or publish it commercially—you need my permission and a separate agreement laying out terms and costs.
20. You’re not allowed to use my work in any blockchain-related projects—no NFTs, no cryptocurrency, nothing in that space, now or in the future.
21. You also can’t use my work in any AI projects or datasets, or for any present or future tech in that field. Period.
22. By following these guidelines, you agree to credit me for the creation of the product. You may not, under any circumstance, claim full IP rights to the piece.CANCELLATIONS
23. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, and don’t have to explain my reasons.
24. If there’s any disrespectful behavior, I will cancel the order and outright refuse you a refund. I also have the right to refuse working with you in the future.
